  • Generate, edit, and manage AI outputs

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

  • Workflow configurations

By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to:

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The legality of your content
  • Ensuring you have rights to use and process the data

6. AI-Generated Content

The Platform generates content using AI models.

You acknowledge that:

  • Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete
  • Outputs should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating results

We are not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated outputs.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g. APIs, social media platforms, LLM providers).

  • Use of these services is subject to their respective terms
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or data handling

8. Payments & Monetization

Users may:

Fees

Refunds

9. Open Source & Self-Hosting

Saipien may be used as:

For self-hosted versions:

  • You are responsible for infrastructure, security, and compliance
  • We provide the software “as is” without operational guarantees

10. Availability & Service Level

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Error-free operation

11. Termination

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Saipien shall not be liable for:

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
